We are currently looking for a full-time Inventory Clerk to join our team.

As the Inventory Clerk, you are responsible for:
  • Pulling parts orders for customers and mechanics
  • Ordering, receiving, and putting away stock orders
  • Arranging for, receiving, pulling, invoicing, and shipping equipment transfers between stores
  • Completing monthly inventory cycle counts and assisting with serialized inventory
  • Spot checking inventory and re-binning as necessary
  • Assisting Parts with billing parts to Work Orders and reservations
  • Providing backup to the Parts department as required, including working on a Saturday rotation
  • Assisting with completing POs
  • Answering a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments and individuals
  • Cleaning and organizing shelves and bins and ensuring customer shelf selection areas stocked, clean and orderly
  • Completing end of day cash out according to procedure
You have the following skills and education:
  • Previous Inventory experience
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and Windows
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate a forklift to put stock orders away
